Refund Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Everything we sell is a digital download or online course, available immediately after purchase. That immediacy affects your cancellation rights in a specific way, explained below.
1. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for a full refund. For digital content, this right ends as soon as you start downloading or accessing what you’ve bought — because at that point you have received the thing you paid for and it can’t be “returned”. By completing checkout, you agree that access begins immediately and acknowledge that this ends your 14-day cancellation right once you first download or open the resource.
If you change your mind before downloading or accessing a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full.
2. When we’ll refund you anyway
Regardless of the above, we’ll always put things right if:
- the file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn’t match its listing;
- you were charged twice for the same order by mistake; or
- a course video or resource is genuinely inaccessible due to a fault on our side that we can’t fix promptly.
These are handled as a straightforward refund or replacement, whichever you’d prefer, once we’ve confirmed the issue.
3. What isn’t covered
We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind after a resource has been downloaded or a course has been accessed, or because a resource didn’t suit your particular class, curriculum or teaching style — product descriptions are written to be clear about content and scope before you buy, so please check these carefully first.
4. How to request a refund
Email afgscarlett@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
5. Membership subscriptions
(Applies once membership is available.) You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current billing period, during which you keep full access.
This policy doesn’t affect your other statutory rights as a consumer. See also our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
